Our partner - a multivertical global CPA-network - is looking for Senior Affiliate Manager to strengthen the team and develop new partnerships!

A fast growing performance advertising startup is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager. The core advantage is deep knowledge and experience in all sectors of digital advertising landscape and adtech.
To expand the business, the team is hiring for a Senior Affiliate Manager for their brand new Affiliate Network. This is going to be a critical role in the company.
- develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets;
- build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies;
- identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the network and reach;
- negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements;
- monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive and effective;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals;
- provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry;
- experience and knowledge in Dating vertical;
- strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
- results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives;
- highly motivated, energetic, results oriented person with great communication and organizational skills;
- you must be a DOER – a self starter (the team doesn’t like micro-managing);
- very good English writing and communication skills.
