On behalf of our partner, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to become a foundational part of their newly established Affiliate Network.

Our partner is a rapidly expanding performance advertising startup with deep expertise in the adtech landscape.

This is a high-impact role where you will drive growth within the Dating vertical and directly influence the company's future success.

Core responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies focused on the Dating vertical.

Source, onboard, and manage high-value relationships with new and existing affiliate partners and agencies.

Monitor and interpret performance metrics including ROI, conversion rates, and traffic quality to ensure profitability.

Identify industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and discover new growth opportunities.

Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate team while collaborating cross-functionally.

Act as a proactive self-starter with a flexible, results-oriented mentality.

Required Skills:

3+ years of results-driven experience in the affiliate marketing industry.

In-depth knowledge and demonstrable expertise specifically within the Dating vertical.

Established, high-quality relationships with advertisers and affiliates in the Dating sector.

Exceptional business acumen with strong negotiation and contract management skills.

High proficiency in English for effective international communication.

A highly analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.

High energy and a "doer" attitude with robust organizational skills.
