On behalf of our partner, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to become a foundational part of their legal function. Our partner is an international group of marketing and technology projects with over 10 years of experience in creating digital products, advertising technologies, and analytical solutions.

The company develops several in-house directions operating in global markets, including the USA, EU, and Asia, with a team of over 100 specialists. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the development of the legal function and directly influence the company's success in an international environment.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of legal experience in international projects (IT / Marketing / AdTech / MarTech / Affiliate / SaaS);

2. Strong B2B contract practice and negotiations in English;

3. Experience with vendors/providers in various countries (EU/UK/US is a significant plus);

4. Experience managing external counsel (briefing, quality control, budgets, and deadlines);

5. Practical understanding of privacy/advertising compliance (GDPR/ePrivacy, cookies, data sharing, platform policies).

6. Language Proficiency: English: Advanced (negotiations, drafting, and correspondence). Ukrainian: Fluent.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Full ownership of contractual work and negotiations;

2. Management of service providers across various locations;

3. Coordination of local legal consultants (multi-jurisdictional);

4. Oversight of compliance, privacy, and ad-regulatory matters;

5. HR-legal and corporate support (EU/UK/US).
