What You Will Do:

1. Develop full-funnel Meta advertising strategies aligned with different business objectives (e-commerce growth, app installs, brand awareness, etc.);
2. Conduct audience research and competitive analysis specifically for Facebook and Instagram audiences;
3. Set up, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, bidding, and A/B testing;
4. Continuously monitor and optimize performance to scale opportunities across the Meta ecosystem;
5. Manage substantial ad budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS and key KPIs;
6. Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights based on Meta Business Suite data.

Requirements:

1. At least 1+ year of hands-on experience managing high-performance Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns;
2. Proven track record of delivering strong ROI and achieving ambitious goals on Facebook/Instagram;
3. Expert knowledge of Meta ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies, and pixel/Conversion API troubleshooting;
4. Advanced analytical skills, able to work with complex datasets and build effective optimization strategies;
5. Excellent project management skills and leadership potential;
6. Creative and strategic mindset, adaptable to the fast-changing Meta ecosystem.
