We are hiring a high-impact Product Manager to join an international, tech-driven organization that is building a full-stack SaaS automation platform. The PM will take full ownership of the entire platform, driving measurable revenue growth, and transforming operations for global consumer brands.

Minimum Qualifications:

- at least 3+ years of product management experience.

Experience working with SaaS platforms;

- understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, and databases;

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;

- bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar will be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Product Management certification.

- experience with call center systems, sales tools, or e-commerce;

- exposure to real-time systems or multi-region products.

Key Responsibilities:

- define product strategy, roadmap, and core KPIs;

- drive technical execution (PRDs/User Stories) with Engineering;

- lead UX: intuitive flows and prototyping;

- manage stakeholders and communicate results.

Tech Stack & Domain

The role involves working with ViciDial for dialing, integrations with Shopify and Checkout Champ, and cloud infrastructure. A primary current focus is building automation for cart recovery solutions.
