On behalf of our partner, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Project Manager to join a performance-driven company that launches DTC and affiliate offers at lightning speed.

This role is fully focused on turning ideas into live, revenue-generating offers through strong systems, clear processes, and strict deadline control.

The Operations Manager will act as the central coordination point between copywriters, designers, funnel builders, video editors, and CRO specialists, ensuring that every task is delivered with precision and speed.

Responsibilities:

• coordinate end-to-end launch of DTC / affiliate offers (idea → live)
• manage cross-functional teams and enforce delivery deadlines
• run daily 15-minute alignment calls and remove blockers
• build and maintain project structures, automations, and dependencies in ClickUp
• create and document SOPs for different departments
• monitor task progress, timelines, and deadlines
• maintain KPI tracking and provide daily and weekly reports
• continuously optimize processes and workflows

Requirements:

• proven experience managing DTC or affiliate offer launches
• advanced knowledge of ClickUp (including automations)
• experience working with VSL funnels and performance teams
• strong process and systems-thinking mindset
• fluent English (written and spoken)
• experience leading remote, international teams
• ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
